Returns by mail for Gap/ON Maternity clothes
I ordered a ton of stuff from Gap and Old Navy that I have to return. The shipment came in 2 different packages both times (not sure why). Can I put everything back in 1 box? When I print out the shipping label online through gap.com it doesnt specifiy if I need to seperate the ON stuff and the Gap stuff.

it came separately meaning gap stuff from gap, ON stuff from ON?
i think you need to send them back separately..but im not sure..
i just checked their site and for returns by mail it doesnt specify that it needs to be separated. i would haul it off in one box then...

check your invoice, sometimes they let you return you online purchases in a store.
we recently did this with some items i bought my neice for her birthday

I did this, I had two orders, sent them back in the same box. Each piece of clothing was in the original bags with each returned item circled on both invoices. What a mess, they missed several items to return and gave me credit for something that I didn't return. I had to file a claim with the gap since their errors were costing me over $100.
The woman in Customer Service told me she advised me to ship one invoice of items back per box to ensure less errors. After the nightmare of phone calls etc. I would advise you send it back in two shipments if you can.
