Return through overstock.com
I ordered a duvet cover through overstock.com, and when I received it, the color did not match up with the same provided. I see that I can return it, but do they charge for shipping on a return? I know some stores don't, and was wondering if overstock does.
TIA

Same exact thing happened to me. They do charge on the return. Before you buy anything on there, read the reviews. A lot of their colors are "off" in their pictures. I've returned 2 duvets because the color was misrepresented in the picture.

Do you know if I can take the package to the nearest post office or UPS and pay for shipping that way? I feel like overstock is ripping me off with their shipping price (if I print a label at home).

Re: Return through overstock.com
i'm sure you can take it anywhere else and get it weighed to see if it's cheaper to return it that way or using their label.
i'm pretty sure they charge a restocking fee. they did for some earrings i bought a few years ago and that's why i won't buy from them again! but it could have changed since then.

They don't charge on returns, especially since they sent you the wrong color item. I ordered a chandellier from them, which came damaged, and I had no problem returning it and getting a full 100% refund without any problems.
ETA: You go through their website and send it back via UPS using THEIR pre-printed label.
