Restless Leg Syndrome
Hi girls, I am about 5 weeks pregnant and already getting restless leg syndrome. Last pregnancy it didn't show up till 3rd tri, so I dealt with it b/c it wasn't that bad.
I have a loooong ways to go lol, what do you do for yours? I have read melatonin is not safe to take to help me fall asleep. DH massages my legs before bed and that works, but I feel bad asking every night lol

Restless Leg Syndrome
I've had RLS since before pregnancy. I usually find the source to be a spot on my lower back so either I or DH will rub the area for a few minutes and it usually seems to work.

Re: Restless Leg Syndrome
I have had it my entire pregnancy. Its the worst, sorry! My dr would check my iron level as that can sometimes trigger it, but it always came back in the normal range. DH giving me a massage always helped. Otherwise there isn't much to do :( Sorry!

Restless Leg Syndrome
I have it now and suffered with it in both my previous pregnancies. I take magnesium capsules. it helps a lot. I only get it at night so avout an hpur before bed I take my magnesium and my prenatal. I find when I take themtogether it is more eeffective. Good luck, it is torture
