Restless Leg
I officially have restless leg and it is driving me INSANE!!!! It takes me forever to fall asleep and even sitting on the couch is uncomfortable. Do anyone else have this? What do you do for it that you find helps?

Re: Restless Leg
I've had this here and there even before getting pregnant. I've found that stretching helps me the most. If necessary I even get out of bed to stretch my legs or stretch while in bed if I can.

Restless Leg
Ok thanks! I'll try the stretching. I've been wanting to get on the elliptical the past few weeks but have had a few complications. Got the green light and maybe that will help me.
Thanks again!

Re: Restless Leg
I suffer from restless legs even when not pregnant. From what I've read they say to avoid carb heavy foods in the evening because they can trigger episodes. What helps me is DH rubs at the base of my spine as close to the tailbone as possible with a decent amount of pressure.
