Restaurant Reccomendations in Times Square
I want to get my parents a Gift Certificate to a restaurant in the city. Any suggestions? Preferably Italian or American, I was thinking Carmines or a nice steak restaurant maybe?? In or around Times Square.

Carmines is really good but it's large portioned family style and a little too much for two people.

I work in Times Square.
I agree about Bond 45!
Carmines and Tony Dinapoli's are both Family style. Probably not great for just 2 people.
Here are some places nearby, but i haven't eaten there:
Broadway Joe's Stakehouse
Shula's steakhouse
Frankie & Jonnies Steakhouse
Near Times Square is Churrascaria Platforma- a Brazilian BBQ. Amazing place. I highly recommend it! Its on 49th b/w 8th and 9th.
Mortons is also near Times Square- around 45th and 5th.
