SO I have a termite problem, and need to replace a sill plate on one of the walls before treatment can be done. Anyone know if this is a DIY job? Or do I need to hire a contractor? I was thinking I'd just need to rent a couple of jacks to support the wall, then pull the sill out, and throw a new one in....am I way off?
