renting house/cabins in northern NJ??

3 families (including ours) want to go to sesame with the kiddies. We were thinking of making a slightly longer trip out of it and staying somewhere fairly close on the way to sesame . i've been trying to find a house or cabin to rent that would fit us all that isn't too far out of the way. Can anyone help me??

Have you checked vrbo.com? (Vacation Rentals by Owner). You can search by location to rent people's homes for a specified period of time. I've used this in San Francisco and it was awesome and much cheaper than staying at a hotel.
