Rent to Buy question
Do you know how much a "deposit" would be on a rent to buy property?
I saw something today and the guy said he would think about doing rent to buy, but it would come with a non-refundable deposit. I wonder how much that could be?

you should consult with an attorney before doing any rent to own
there are mutliple ways contracts can be worded
I would be hestiant to negioate a price today for a year from now for many reasons
I have found most rent to own properties are extremely over priced
and I would concerned about someone who wanted a non-refundable desposit as well- that I have never seen on any listing
