No, it was a total accident. I had a similar wardrobe malfunction last night while wearing a similar outfit to Janet. I was mortified. Oh my darn wardrobe and its malfunctions!

i think the stunt was definitely planned.
i'm undecided on whether her actual nipple was supposed to show, or if there was to be another layer of material under what was torn off

Me too, I almost think there was supposed to be another layer under it, and him pulling at it and pulling off the top layer would make people gasp, but he grabbed both layers by accident. But then again, didn't she have a star-shaped pasty on her nip? Why would she have that if she was going to keep it covered?
