Remember our discussion about swimming after giving birth?
Well I just couldn't drop it- so when the Dr came to release me from the hospital yesterday I had to ask.
He had said- oh you don't have any restrictions on you right now- other than sex.
I said- well what about swimming?
He said- well you can swim- but I just wouldn't do it until your stitches heal up a bit more and your bleeding slow downs. (not like I have ANY desire to swim right now thank you very much!  )
So I said- you mean I don't have to wait till my 6 week appt?- he said -oh no-give it a few weeks and it's fine.
So make sure to ask your Dr - who knows- maybe they will allow it too!
