Regular BH contractions???

Wondering if it's a sign of early labor or just false labor if I'm having BH contractions every 10 minutes for the last hour or so??? I had my 39 week appt this morning; I'm 2cm and doctor says my cervix is "thin". They're inducing me on my due date (Tuesday) if LO isn't here on his/her own before then. I feel a lot of pressure down there but that could just be from the internal. Just not sure if these are real contractions or not? TIA, ladies!!!

If they are real, time will tell. They will get closer and alot more intense. Good luck!

Have you tried drinking a lot of water and walking? If they change spacing or intensity and ease up after doing those things, it's probably not labor. If they get worse, more painful, closer together, or longer, it could be it!

I agree with the PP -- time will tell!!! Honestly, if I were you, I'd just eat something big for lunch... just in case.

It could be, if they stay consistent and come more frequently then def could be contractions.

Thank you!!! So far it seems like they've subsided. I knew it was too good to be true :) I just can't shake this feeling that those early contractions are going to completely pass me by!
