Registry tracking

Is there any way to find out who purchased an item off your registry?
The very first item bought was my pack n play- and it was bought in November! I didn't get it at my shower. I'm nervous that someone had it shipped to me, and it never arrived...
Plus it's like my #2 most important item, I may need ot go buy it myself.

Re: Registry tracking

I don't think you can track that stuff. I know when I have bought stuff off of registries, they don't ask for any personal info from me.

Can't hurt to call customer service and ask them though!

Re: Registry tracking

I don't think they will disclose that info to you. Although, certainly doesn't hurt to call and ask.

Re: Registry tracking

I don't think there is any way to track that. If they had a system, it would be flawed since people have the option of going in person and paying cash. That sounds screwy though. Were there any no shows at your shower? A big purchase back in Nov would lead me to believe it was a close family member. Very odd. Good luck investigating that one!

Re: Registry tracking

You should call and see if they could at least tell you if it was an internet purchase. If it was and the purchaser elected to have it shipped to you directly maybe they can track it for you to see what happened.

Re: Registry tracking

Good stuff- I will call.
I would imagine if someone sent a gift in November, and hasn't recieved a thank you or anyhting, they would ask if I got it, right?
Oh who knows.

One would assume. But people are funny when it comes to gift giving. Or maybe they are assuming their thank you got lost in the mail? Ironic.

Re: Registry tracking

Please let us know what happens when/if you call. I have a few items that were purchased a while back (I'm assuming by the same person) that have yet to arrive, too.

Thanks! Chat Icon

Re: Registry tracking

Maybe ask the moms to ask around and see if they can figure out who might of purchased it?

I don't think you'll be able to figure out who bought it through BRU.

Keep us posted though, I'm curious to see what you find out!
