registry issues...anyone else?
I'm wondering what is going on...
I'm registered at both target and BRU...our pack and play is bought, but it says "wanted: 1, received: 2"...how could two people have bought it if it was taken off the first time it was purchased??
the same thing happened to something at target...wanted:1 got:2 on the bouncy seat. and then to top it off, for some reason it's not the right bouncy seat!! it's SUPER super similar, but there are noticeable differences :(
why is this ending up being more stressful than fun!!!!!
ETA: i don't want to sound ungrateful...i am completely thankful for any gifts i receive, but i just can't stand stupid technology when it messes things up. lol

Re: registry issues...anyone else?
OMG that is terrible! I am just going to have to prepare myself for this b/c I did a registry at BRU and I hear they are horrible! BBB is supposed to be way better b/c they are owned by bed bath and beyond, but there are just not as many around. ( I did do a registry there as well though). Anyway, sorry you have to deal with that...at least the items are getting added to your registry though, this way if you need to return them you shouldnt have a problem. Just do your returns quick b/c BRU has a 90 day return policy.

IIRC, someone could have bought the pnp and not used your registry, but told the cashier (they ask you) and it was marked as purchased.
Person #2 comes in and purchases it off the registry and it comes off again...

Re: registry issues...anyone else?
It takes BRU 24 hours to take things off usually. Their registry service is so bad. I got into a HUGE fight with them about 8 months after the baby was born because I received the wrong pattern car seat and didn't realize it until I opened the box. It was the right carseat, just the wrong pattern. I didn't have a gift receipt and they told me that they didn't have record of the purchase since it wasn't what was on my registry. this happened even though the cashier took it off my registry as the wrong item. I try to never shop there.

Re: registry issues...anyone else?
registries are soooo annoying. i dont understand why its soooo difficult!
hopefully ure able to return the items easily if u receive duplicates.
just to add my issue w/bru: if u add clothes in the store u can't delete them online...and on top of that...online and the printed in store copies are soooo vague w/the clothes its not so easy to find/remember what it is.
