Registry - Annoying!

Does anyone else find it annoying when people add things to your registry - a few items just pop up on mine as "purchased" that I didn't ask for - I mean books and stuff are cute but a portable bassinet just popped up and I'm sorry but I didn't want that. I have a bassinet and a pack n play and a rock n play so why would I need that? Anyway just a mini vent!

Oh and does anyone know if it's possible to find out who purchased what for your from BBB? Thanks ladies!

Registry - Annoying!

People seem to think they are doing something nice by picking out a "unique" gift. Personally, I find it frustrating but at least it was added to the registry so you will have no trouble returning it. It is possible that not everything added to your registry is intended as a gift for you--if the person bought something from your registry and also bought additional items at the same time without making two separate transactions all the items purchased show up as if they were bought from/for the baby registry.

Oh wow! I didn't realize that! Guess I shouldn't definitely expect those gifts then!

Registry - Annoying!

We had a few of those but small things. Something like a bassinet shouldn't just be bought without knowing it's exactly what they want. Grrr

This happened all the time with my wedding registry....it was kind of amusing at times to see other peoples random things they were buying when buying my present show up.

Also, if they did buy this for you and its now on your registry it will make it even easier for you to return it and get the store credit.

Also, just take it in stride, you are going to get tons of stuff you dont want and you are going to make one big trip to BBB and return things and then you'll have lots of store credit.
