? regarding mapmyrun
does anyone have a problem with the calculator on there? I ran 3.24miles today in 29mins and it's says i did 8.58min miles however the calculator says 8.9 so just curious because yesterday my time matched both but today it doesn't.

I don't use it, but it seems that 8.9 is just just 9...which translated into seconds is 8:58?
I guess it translated the seconds into a decimal?

 Ok I'm a stupid @ss. I was looking at the time as if it were miles like 8 1/2 min miles instead of 8mins 58secs

I prefer GMap-Pedometer instead. It's a "hack" of Google Maps, with the same interface, so really easy to use.
Just hit "start recording" on the left side of the screen, and double click on the map at the point you started. So easy! And, I think, as accurate as Google Maps.
