reflux and food?????
DD is 4 months old and the doctor gave us the go ahead for food
what did you start with if your child was/on reflux meds
Did you do cereal or right to a veggie or fruit

I started with veggies around 5-6 months but son would spit up the baby food too

Doesn't matter. Start with whatever you want. Reflux has no bearing on what you feed.
