Look online for some online calculators to see if the Refi is worth it for you. Generally they say if you are going to save a point or more and will be in the home for at least 5 or more years it is a good idea.
Look online for current rates....they seem to be around 4.5% for a 30yr fixed. Then call the bank you are currently with and find out their rate and closing costs. If thier rates are competive you usually pay less in closing costs and it is easier to stay with your current lender.
