refi spinoff
if you refinanced did you do so with your original lender or did you find a new lender?
was a it a pain to change lenders? what made you decide to choose a new lender?

I am going through a broker. I tried doing a re-fi in 2009 and went through 2 months of back and forth with a bank and ended up not closing....called a broker and closed in 30 days. This time around I am doing the same.
It's not a problem though moving from lender to lender.
