Red wine...
How long can you leave it out after opening the bottle?
I mean, on the counter...cause you wouldnt put it in the fridge right?

We usually try & drink the rest of it the next day or two, otherwise it starts turning into vinegar.
We put the red wine in the refrigerator - it should be stored at a cool temp after being opened. We pump out the air & recork. Then we let it sit at room temp for awhile before drinking.

a few days max.
We keep our bottles stored in the basement since it's cooler there but we would not refrigerate.
