Red lobster?
Going to red lobster today for my sister in laws birthday. I have no idea what I can and can't have. What do you ladies eat as far as fish and seafood? Are clams ok if they are steamed?

I went to Red Lobster not too long again, so happy I did  I had garlic skewed shrimp and coconut shrimp. Sorry, I dont know about the calms but here is a good reference site
