Recommend your smartphone

Thinking of moving out of the dark ages and moving up from my old flip phone. Looking online at some phones just to get an idea. Won't be using it for anything crazy. I think I like the IPhone or the Samsung galaxy mini but I want to go to the Verizon store to see them and speak to someone also. don't want to spend a lot to buy the phone . What phone do you have, model, ? Thanks. I know the IPhone 5s is around $200, not sure if I want to spend that much.

You can get the iPhone 5c for cheaper. It's basically the same as the 5s but with a few less features. Still a very good phone
