Recommend your pediatrician in Nassau County
I am sure there are tons of posts on peds but was wondering if you could recommend your pediatrician and any other details about their practice...
I am starting to interview pediatricians in January...

Before we moved to CT we used Park Pediatrics in Floral Park. We loved them all, but our main doctor was Dr. Friedman.

Dr. Rubin in Mineola. She only opened her practice a year ago (after working at much larger practice), so it's still small and she knows and remembers each of her patients. she sends out emails with any update she receives. she's also an LC so that's a huge help if you plan on BFing. her practice is called happy and healthy pediatrics and she has a website as well about her and her practice. we love her.

Im a ped. dietitian and work along side many of the pediatricians. I can recommend who I personally (and the staff) think are the best
Dr. Rubin (Mineola) - She is fantastic!! As pp stated, don't have to go much further than that. Her practice is called happy and healthy peds.
Dr. Ashourzadeh (Levittown) - Caring pediatrics. He is great! Very peronable and always available. His office does get a bit busy. The staff is also super.
Dr. Goldstein/Green/Schlussberg (Bellmore) - Pediatric Health Care of LI Highly intelligent staff - all in one office (labs, etc.) and open 365 days.
Dr. Jassey - Bellmore/Merrick Peds. All the MD's here are wonderful. Very busy office, but they are also great.
