Recommend your HVAC person or if you have a contract who do you have it with and do you like them?

We need someone to come into the new house and clean out the heating system and AC vents and do whatever needs to be done..we've never had Gas or Central AC so we're clueless!!

I'm not sure myself but I have a contract with Keyspan and they come once a year and do their "tune up".

My neighbor uses Masters Heating and Cooling who I think offers a better price and she has been very happy with them well.

We used Phoenix Air Conditioning and Heating and we were very satisfied. My two brothers used them, as did my office.

I think some other people on here used them and weren't pleased but personally - they've been great.

The duct work that they did in our attic - it's phenomenal. They put up the stuff to maximize our attic space, explained everything to my DH and I. Just really great all around.

We are having www.airfresco.com install/replace our system as I write this. So far they are good and their price is excellent. They beat every estimate I got. I assume their other services are just as cheap. If you are looking for a big company do not look here (3 workers plus owner).

Will give review on them when they finish the job.
