Recommend someone to do a heavy clean
We are about ready to move back into our home after Hurricane Sandy. 
I am considering just having someone go in this weekend to do a heavy cleaning (steam the rugs, scrub everything hard).
Is there someone you can recommend on the SS/Western Suffolk.
Also what is the price range if you don't mind sharing?
It's probably not that bad since only the basement was a pool, but in my head I feel like there's germs everywhere.

We had merry maids come in and do a deep cleaning when I moved in with my mil. They are in East Mssapequa on Merrick rd. They sent a team of two ladies who were here for two and a half hours and they cleaned ceiling fans,baseboards, behind furniture, the whole nine yards. They were great. Pricey but great.

beyond maids was beyond awesome!!! make sure you ask for roman. really thorough, and easy to talk to.

Thanks ladies. I called the Molly Maid place in Massapequa. They gave me a rec for Steampro which is based in Wantagh and I am going to go with them for carpeting and just do the other cleaning myself all day Friday.
It's $80/hr BTW for Molly.

$80 per maid per hour, or just $80 per hour regardless?

I believe it was per hour for the both of them.
I wasn't impressed because they basically would be cleaning the same things I can do myself (i.e. vacuuming, dusting).
They don't do steam cleaning which is the major issue in our home anyways.
