recommend a kickboxing DVD
I LOVE kickboxing and I use to go 2 -3 times a week before my DC. I just don't have time to get to a gym.
Can someone recommend a kickboxing DVD that they enjoy and that gives them a good workout?

My favorite...though it's hard to do in my house now, is Cathe Friedrich's Kick Punch and Crunch. Hoo boy, that's a toughie and soooo good. You can do 'remixes' of workouts too in case you can't do the full program. It also comes with a legs and butt workout. It's a lot of jumping around...the real kickboxing comes in at the end with the combos.
I thought Turbo Jam was kinda fun too.

I just got Turbo Fire - which is basically Turbo Jam on speed with some High Intensity Interval Workouts mixed in.
Its crazy - in a great way.
