Did you go through their website?
I just booked for mid July and there were plenty of rooms.
Here- check it out- it says available every day in July and August.

I can't imagine they would be fully booked until Aug. so quickly. I booked with them a few weeks ago for the post-July 4th weekend and there was plenty of room left. My friend also booked for July just days ago and there was still room.
Definitely try different sources or contact them yourself!
Or if you really want to try another hotel, the Fulton Steamboat or Doubletree Resort by Hilton Hotel Lancaster are both nice.

Funny, DH was looking at Homewood Suites in Lancaster where we always stay and they are also booked full for all of the summer, which is so unusual at this point.

Eden is showing availability every day all summer if you need a room. Check out my link above.

Check on line because there are rooms available on line that are not available to book on the phone. I just booked a night there this morning.
