I use foodnetwork.com and epicurious.com
At Food TV you search for the type of food you want .. like "Chicken". When the results come up just sort by COOK TIME.
With Epicurious, after you search just hit Quick and Easy on the side menu to narrow it down to the shorter cooking options!

One of my favorite sites is yumyum.com. You can even just search by ingredient (like you have a ton of BBQ sauce that you want to use before it goes bad, just search that way!)
