Recipe Help...
(this board gets more traffic)
i need to convert 450 grams of pure cane sugar
to the tablespoon equivalent.
anyone??

450 grams = 31.612 tablespoons = 1.9 cups = 15.806 ounces

You actually put in what the product is (sugar, granulated) and it is saying 450 grams = 2.25 cup (US) and 36 tablespoons.

then how can 450 grams = 1.957 cups??

1 tablespoon of sugar = 20 grams.
450 divided by 20 is 22.5,
so 22.5 tablespoons.
That's a LOT of sugar!!!
