Recent Interest rates
Hi,
Would you mind telling me what interest rates you have been quoted recently and from what bank? Any help would be appreciated.

we locked into 6.375% 30 year fixed last wednesday thru Chase. I have a great mortgage guy FM me for his info.

6.25% through Bethpage Federal Credit Union, 10% down.
We haven't locked yet - we waiting for the Fed to meet to see if they cut the rates again. I know it may not affect the mortgage rates, but we're willing to gamble.

6.375% w/no points and 10% down thru a mortgage broker. We closed last Wednesday.

Fed meets again on September 18th. I think the meet every 3 - 4 months unless they need to meet before that.
