So was Andy's. They already emailed me a return slip to take to the post office. I was impressed at how efficiently they handled it.

So was Andy's. They already emailed me a return slip to take to the post office. I was impressed at how efficiently they handled it.
I have to calll them still, waiting for DD's morning snooze.
Are they mailing you a brand new one or a voucher to get a new one at the store?

Are they mailing you a brand new one or a voucher to get a new one at the store?
You have to mail them yours and then they'll send you a $16 voucher for any Mattel or FP toy. If you paid more than $16 and have the reciept you need to provide it.

You have to package it up, tape the label on and then the post office will hand cancel it and send it to FP. I plan on just using a shoe box or something and using a brown bag from the grocery store around that. I don't want to have to buy a box for a toy that isn't going to be used.
