Reasonable Priced Photographer

Still looking for a photographer to take 1 yr pics and family shots.

I've narrowed it down to a few, but still looking for some more ideas. Any under $300??

I also keep going back and forth if we should just take him to Kiddie Kandids or get a Prof Photographer.
DH wants an edited CD of all the pics so we can make our own 1 yr photo book for him like we did for our first DS.

I recently had a shoot with Pamela Follet.

She was inexpensive and I was impressed with her work.

Ck her out.

It really boils down to the following questions:

do you want outdoor images or just a studio setup?

do you want a professional that takes the time to figure out who your family is and what each person personality is for individual images along with family groups?

Are you comparing just price or the quality/photographers style as well?

To me $300 for a full disk is pretty inexpensive for a professional. There is a lot of work that is involved with editing a full sessions worth of images for portrait photography. Every photographer is at a different stage of their business so evaluate not just price but what the end result is before making any decisions.

Maybe keep your eyes open for a Groupon or similar deal - sometimes the photographers look decent.

I learned though, you get what you pay for!

I have used Kelly from All Seasons Photography! She is very reasonable - provides you with a cd of all images from the shoot as well as edited ones. She is great to work with!
