Reasonable Contractor

Reasonable Contractor
We used Sackk Developers (setauket) with our expansion. Doubled our square footage and had a great experience. 516-369-1535

Reasonable Contractor
I got several quotes and have enjoyed working with Island Associates/Paramount Remodeling (Island is their landscaping arm) for the past 7 months. (516) 557-2200
We had extensive landscaping (pavers, leveling the side yard, fencing, sod, plantings), drive way removal and installation of a new driveway, gut of living room and rerunning heat, mancave expansion and design, highhats, flooring, new closets....you name it, we've had it done. Kitchen is next and after that we'll be doing a front dormer and portico.
Definitely call them for a quote, Doug Connell is the owner and you can say the Castanedas from Carle Place referred you. I rarely rave about vendors but I've found that over the past several months, Doug is someone who is accessible, answers texts and gives feedback even if it's not related to something he'll be working on (for example I need to know who he would recommend for ductless installation). Our work has always been completed on budget and on time, exceeding my expectations. Matt Shapiro was our design consultant, if you do end up calling, ask for him to come by- he's the type of guy that has GREAT ideas and managed to suggest things that worked with our budget that I hadn't thought of. He also would break out each item by cost which I found VERY helpful.
