Really sad...
Okay, I really should be excited because I'm going on vacation tomorrow. However, I'm leaving Jared with my mom & dad for the week. She took off of work to watch him.
I completely trust my mom 110% but I'm just so worried about everything.
I'm driving myself crazy!! I had a form printed and notarized saying that she has complete care over him for the week. She has the doctor's number and emergency #'s just incase. I'm wondering if there's anything else I need to do...
I just need to relax and I can't...

Its normal, but just go & have a great relaxing time.....dont ruin your vacation worrying about him, hes in the best hands-theres noone you can trust like your mom! You are so lucky I would kill for a vacation right now w/out my kids!!!

girl, you are gonna have SUCH a good time. you need this, I am sure your DH needs this. Relax with the knowledge that you have taken care of everything and Jared is gonna have fun and be totally spoiled by Grandma for the week.
Have a GREAT, AWESOME, AMAZING time...and show pics of your tan so we can ALL be jealous when you get back...

when DH and i went away at the end of august i brought pics of the kids and looked at them every night. they made me cry the first 3 nights and then happy the rest of the week. i called everyday to check up and they were fine!! wait till you see thier face when you come home. it'll be priceless!

Hey Stephanie it's meltodd's sister Michelle...When Rob and I went on my honeymoon I left BOTH my LOVE'S with my MIL & FIL I was a wreck, Thinking everything I didn't want to think about but when I went, I spoke to them when ever my heart wanted to hear there voices, that made me feel better knowing there A.O.K!! So IM not going to tell u not to worry you're his mother u will worry about him forever just remember he's with you're parents and will have a great time and u will too, U and you're DH need to relax and enjoy you're self's...I hope you have a awsome time and take pic's of Jared with you. before you know it, you will be home with ur lil guy!!

Just relax on your vacation and know your child is in good hands! We just left our children for the first time with my mom for 9 days. When people asked us if I missed the kids, I said yes but I did not miss the chaos of being home! We had a great time and if I had another sitter for that long, I would do it again!!

Thanks everyone...I dropped him off at my mom's house today.
To make things even worse...before we got to my mother's house, Jared fell in the parking lot and cut his lip. It wasn't that bad...thank God.
I cried so much today...I put him to bed with my dh and then we left. Now I STILL have to pack...I better get going!!!

I was just talking about this with friends tonight. I want to go away with DH so bad but I am just not ready to do it yet. Everyone says once you do it once it's so worth it. Go and have a great time! You deserve it.
