Really great salad dressing...
I just had to share! I have been obsessed with this salad dressing, and it is good for you, and I actually been craving salad :)
2/3 cup olive oil
1 shallot
3 tbs balsamic vinegar
3 tbs dijon mustard
Heat olive oil and shallot until golden brown. In separate bowl mix vinegar and dijon. Pour oil into vinegar/mustard mixture.
I don't even like mustard, and I loveee this dressing!!
