Kitchen must be in bad shape if they didnt post a picture of it. I dont think it is an amazing deal for the market we are in now. I think it is ok....but I dont think it will sell so fast because it still needs some work. Painting, Probably needs a new kitchen....etc. The bathrooms and the hard wood floors are nice though. The schools are excellent too.

House looks small from the outside, but it looks decent inside. 6 bedrooms? That's good, but it says it needs siding or paint on outside.
