rea GIFT?
do you get a gift for a rea if its the sellers agent.. but the agent showed you the house? tia...

This may vary, but we did not. The seller's agent didn't show us that many houses, and he got a commission out of it, so we didn't think it was necessary.

as a REA i wouldnt expect anything ever! but if i did get a gift it was usually a thank you card and a gift cert to a restaurant or to my fave store. i become pretty close with my buyers and i still talk to most of them. so my real reward is making new friends!

Even though the REA helped us alot, I do not feel it is necessary to get him a gift. He helped us, but that is his job. I help my students alot, but I don't expect presents for doing my job. Similarly, I don't think that REA's expect gifts for doing theirs.
