RE Agents and Bank Owned Properties?
hi...
does anyone know if RE Agents get any kind of commission for bank owned properties? Or..what is the process?

It depends how it is listed. We bought a bank owned foreclosure that was listed by an agent. She earned a commission on the property b/c she was our selling agent. If the bank is selling it directly, without a RE agent, I guess there would be noone to earn a commission. Unless you brought your own agent there.
