Yes, there is one in my condo building who was the agent on the unit I bought and ultimately rented out. He is very good and has been an agent for all co-ops, condos and homes in the Queens/Nassau area. I will FM you his contact info.

What area? Is it local?
I don't "specialize" in condos per se, in that I sell all types of properties, but I do sell co-ops and condos, particularly in Nassau County (last year, I sold co-ops and condos in Freeport, Mineola, Oceanside, Westbury, and I currently have 2 under contract in Wantagh and Farmingdale). I have experience acting as listing agent (representing seller) and a selling agent (working with buyer).
