Raymour and Flannigan

Anyone have furniture from there?
We got our bedroom and dinng room set from there. We got the protection plan and we were told we are covered for .... as many times as they have to come.
The delivery guy tells us they only come once for what ever piece needs to be fixed, etc.
Is this true?

I was told at the store yes they will repair but will only replace the item once. So once you get the new item then that's it...

ETA our dining set is falling apart after a month - we are going to have to call soon

We got our dining room set from them and purchased the protection plan. I had a service guy here once to fix the legs on the chairs cause all the screws were falling out the the seats were loose. He said that if it happened again to call and they would come back out. Recently, the top of the table is chipping. I had my husband call and they said we can go pick out a brand new table to replace the current one. They are giving us a credit for the full amount we paid for the table. We dont have to pick the same table, we can apply it to a different one if we would like. Since we are in the process of getting a house, they said we could wait till then. They never came to look at the top of the table or anything. I was very surprised!

They only come once. The delivery driver is right.

Just be careful with buying from them. When DH and I were pricing furniture (chairs for our dining table and a bedroom set), I was a bit leery about the quaility of their furniture. They have many BBB complaints as well after checking up on them too.

I love them. I have a couch and bedroom set w mattress. We needed some more stuffing in the couch a bit after we bought it. They came inspected and fixed that day. We had an issue with our mattress not wearing right, they came inspected and called right after he left and set up a delivery with a brand new mattress. They are great !
I am sure if you have issues with something they will come and fix asp. As many times as you need. You would hope they would fix it the first time and not need to come back

its true that they only will come ONCE.
thats why we didnt get the protection plan. the salespeople talk it up for commissions sake, but it really isnt that great of a deal for us we figured. we got our entire bedroom set and living room set from there though and are very very happy with it so far

NOT TRUE! We just purchased a tv console table from there 3 weeks ago and we got the plan (only approx $35). It covers ANYTHING chips, glass broken, scratches, gashes EXCEPT urine . They will come as many times as you need BUT they will only REPLACE it once if need be. I MADE SURE of this before we purchased because we have a 2 and 5 yr old and weren't sure we wanted to spend that much. If you are unsure call the store you bought it from .

We got our bedroom set from them - I nice set for only about 1300. It's decent quality and although the paint peeled a little bit on the nightstand they sent someone right away and quickly replaced the nightstand. I would say that their customer service is much better than Macy's.
