rash around eye

The past week or so I have these small, red, patchy areas around the corner and under my eye. My eye isn't in pain at all. After I shower it looks the worst and then fades a little during the day. It's sometimes itchy and it looks like dry skin.
I'm not allergic to my makeup and I haven't used new detergent.
I've been trying to think what I've been eating/drinking new lately and all I can come up with is grape juice and hazelnut coffee (I'm normally not a coffee drinker).

I did get this once after I got married and moved into my MIL's house for 3 months...so maybe it's stress related.

Just wondering if anyone has gotten this.

Sounds like excema. Does it look like this? (totally not MY hand, but an online pic of excema!)
