Rash?

Has anyone had or heard of a rash on the neck, chest, insides of breasts? It's red and my skin is raised but it's not big bumps like hives it's more like prickly heat/heat rash and feels hot and itchy :(

I got nervous thinking it was PUPPS but it doesn't sound like it, PUPPS sounds like it starts on the abdomen and then the extremities.

I have the Dr tomorrow, but wondering if this is pregnancy related. The last few days I've been getting a hot red chest on and off and I thought it was hot flashes because sometimes my cheeks flush when it happens but it's more than that, it's a rash.

I got it so bad about two months ago and regular cream didn't work but then found Clean and Clear acne spray ( it looks like a bottle of facial toner). It worked to clear a lot of it up within the week. I also use it for my back. The bumps are not all gone but so much better.
