Raped then married the guy?
A couple times now on that Steve Wilkos talk show a woman on the show said she was raped by some guy and then they ended up married the guy that raped them.
Lord.... I just don't get it

There are some people with serious issues out there.
There was also a woman who married the guy that threw acid on her face (and blinding her). One of those guys that were the "If I can't have you, no one will."

Strangely enough, that's how Luke and Laura got together on General Hospital and their wedding was one of the top-rated TV episodes of all time. I'm curious whether people were "okay" with that storyline back in the 70s. I imagine it would not go over so well these days.

I saw it. It was creepy. You get the feeling as she's talking that she only married him because no one else would marry her when they found out she was blind.
