We went when it first opened, it was really good! We brought both kids for lunch on a Saturday.

The food is ok. (I'm more of a Buttera's girl) The drinks are good and they have happy hour. Also, I have seen lots of families with kids.

We went there last week and it was AWFUL! The food was overpriced, and didn't taste all that great. The service was beyond horrible. And the atmosphere was bleh.
I won't be going back. And I wouldn't recommend it to anyone either.

I agree that the prices were a little on the higher side, but the food to me was pretty good. I had a chicken parm sandwich. They didn't get that wrong, so I thought it was good. (If you get chicken parm wrong, you have issues). DH had stuffed rigatoni I think, it was tasty.
That stinks that you didn't like it.

The food was just okay, nothing special. For those prices, I'd rather go someplace where you don't have to wait 2.5 hours
