I've tried a bunch of her recipes over the years but there are only a few I've done more than once. My favorites are "A BBQ Burger for Brad" and "Fajita Pie" which are both in the 365 Recipe Book.

I love her 30 minute meals TV show and especially her cookbook "Classic 30 Minute Meals: The All Occasion Cookbook".
My favorite and repeat recipes from her include:
-Pasta Carbonara
-Zesty Chicken Parm
-Hot Dog Mac & Cheese
-Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
-Cajun Chili
-Buffalo Chicken Chili Mac
-Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

A few years ago, I was watching a RR show on the weekend. I decided to make it for dinner a few days later. When I turned on the TV, same show was on... I kept comparing - I'm chopping garlic but she's boiling water... it was funny... but, I have no idea what it was so I guess it wasn't that good.

I like a lot of her 30-minute meal recipes. Just this week I made her Chicken Scapariello (sp?) which is easy and good (but not really a traditional preparation). I also like her Orange Balsamic Chicken. I use the recipe and sub the orange marmalade for Plum Preserves and it is SO GOOD!! Really nice flavor and it works well with chicken and fresh rosemary.
