I know this is a bit of a strange request, but does anyone have a fantastic recipe for rabbit? Loin preferably, but I may be willing to do a whole one.
TIA!

Thanks, I'll check that out. I keep getting recipes with the whole rabbit and I hate taking the whole thing apart and I don't know how to ask for that at the butcher's.
Look for oxtail with green sauce (Grüne Soße) . It is a Frankfurt specialty. Goethe's favourite.

Re: Rabbit recipe
where did you buy rabbit? I haven't had it since I was a kid. Oxtail is popular in Haiti/ West Indies & I would look for a Haitian recipe.

I am in Germany and a nice supermarket has a whole rabbit section. I love rabbit, but have never cooked it.
