R Us Reward Card?
Did anyone sign up for the R Us reward program and get a more permanent card in the mail yet? I still have my temporary card I printed when I signed up and wanted to see if there was any progress.
Plus I want to know if they send us a coupon along with the card

I still have the temp card, and none of my purchases have been updated....I emailed them and they said it takes 48 hours....it had already been more than a week since the most recent....I hope they resolve it!

Nope, you don't have to pay for it. It's something you sign up for on BRU or TRU website. They offer member's only discounts and such.
I haven't gotten my card yet either. Here's hoping for a coupon!

ditto but they did say that something a letter of sorts was going to come to the house with possible coupons and promotions dunno when didnt get it yet

Instead of emailing them, call directly. I had this happen when I first joined and they fixed it instantly on the phone when I gave them all the receipt info again.
I'm still waiting for a more permanent card. The customer service rep told me that I needed to wait 6 weeks. I'm going to call them at the end of November if I still don't get the physical card.

I'm still waiting also. If you save the receipts from any of your recent purchases, you can add them onto your card once you get it.

Have you looked at your account and it shows the purchases made??? When I called them, they told me that I would have to bring the receipt into the store, and have them return the items to repurchase it so that they could properly assign it to the rewards division?!

I made a purchase in the store and they pulled up my account and I asked like three times.. are you SURE this is going to post to the account.. they kept saying yes yes yes
I just checked, its not there 
I have my receipt so I requested retro credit. So annoying!
I called them and they said they really didnt know (its still too new to them) but yes we should be getting a card in the mail. *shrug*
