Quilts
Does anyone sleep with one? Is it comfortable? I'm looking for a new comforter but I love this quilt I saw.

We have one, it's comfortable. It's nice because it's lighter than a regular comforter (our room gets really warm in the winter).

Quilts are lighter weight than comforters in terms of warmth. We use one in the summer (I add an extra blanket on my side since DH likes the ac set on meat locker.) We switch to a comforter when the weather gets colder.
