Quick ? regarding Child Support
If you are on a weekly basis, is the only way to pay is via check every week? I was wondering if you can set up where it automatically gets deducted from your account or if you can set up an on-line payment?
Child Support is telling DH they don't accept anything put a check and it's such a pain in the you know what!!

does he work somewhere that can do an income deduction automatically and then they can send the check? that's how my husb had it set up when he had to pay...now that we have custody his ex wife hasn't paid a d*** cent and even switched to an off the books job so she couldn't have it deducted w/a court order

If you have online banking, he should be able to set them up as a "payee". If they don't accept electronic payments, the bank will cut the check on his behalf. I have BOA, and when I used to pay rent, I had to pay by check. The bank mailed the check via my online banking to my landlord. I never had to actually write out the check.

you can set it up on the nyschildsupport website. However, there is a charge each month for using it.

my X has it set up so it is deducted from his paycheck and into my bank account.
