quick quest regarding grilling veggies
we want to grill some peppers and squash on the grill tonight.
can i just drizzle a little olive oil on them and grill em?
Any other ideas?

Yes
I normally slice them up and pour a little olive oil and sprinkle them with some garlic or mrs. dash or you can just do some salt and pepper. I also purchase various fish/chicken/meat marinades and use them on the veggies.

olive oil, salt pepper and garlic and I put them in a veggie grill basket on the grates.
