Quick Q....re: halloween costumes
Do the costume sizes generally run small?
My DD is currently in 18 month clothes, not sure if I should order 18 months or 2T/24 months

I'd get bigger - you never know the weather and if its cold, you want to layer!! Plus, most are not super duper fabrics and probably run small.
